Chakra 101- Children learn about the chakras, then find their chakras, and receive instruction on a few techniques to keep your chakras clear and functioning properly.
Children will have an option to purchase a chakra kit, crystals that help balance the chakras, but is not required.

Sacred Oracle - Children will experience a brief meditation to clear their mind and then Lori will guide them in making two personal oracle cards, one for yes, and another for no. Please wear old clothes, or bring an apron to protect clothing.

Sacred Box- Accentuate the positive! Children will create a sacred box, used to house the issues in their lives they need to send unconditional love to.
Lori will discuss how to turn potentially negative feelings, emotions, or situations into possitive ones and how to send love to them. Please wear old clothes, or bring an apron to protect clothing.

Spirit Blots- Creativity at its finest! Children will create picture using blots of washable, non toxic paint, then discuss what they see in their picture and what they see in each other's pictures. Please wear old clothes, or bring an apron to protect clothing.
